《爱症晚期》是一个使用《克苏鲁的呼唤 TRPG》第七版规则的单人模组，使用模组中的可选规则可以使其最多支持3名玩家，但这需要主持人对故事细节进行一定量的填补。该模组推荐“对主持非线性模组有经验的主持人”使用，同时建议扮演型或能主动沉浸到故事中的玩家游玩。

【Introduction】

Your seriously ill wife's life depends on a surgery in a few days. Apart from this surgery, which had a less than 5% chance of success, there was no other way to save her life. And if such a high-risk surgery fails, death will take her away. The two of you know this well.
Maybe you feel endless sadness and pain for this; maybe you have accepted the reality and intend to spend the last time with her firmly. But seven days before surgery, an anonymous email you received changes the situation. From now on, you will be drawn into an astonishing conspiracy that affects the fate of you and your wife.
When the fire of your lover's life is about to burn out, what choice will you make?

Love Is Merely Insanity is a solo Call Of Cthulhu Scenario using the 7th edition rule. According to the optional gameplay of this scenario, up to 3 players can play together but the keepers need to add additional details of the story independently.
This Scenario is recommended for keepers who have experience hosting non-linear scenario and players who enjoy role-playing or are happy to immerse themselves in the story.
