Bottom Feeders: Game of Scavenging

     "FTL meets S.T.A.L.K.E.R." - The Soloist

      Bottom Feeders is a game about scavenging cosmic trash belts on the edges of Civilization
      while dreaming about retirement to a paradise world.

       Designed for PocketQuest 2023.

       The game comes with minimal lore, focusing on mechanics to provide a non-leveled team-based rogue-lite experience,
       that requires a virtual tabletop, or a full set of dice, to run.

     Game Loop

       Choose a specialty and background, delve to wrecks, celebrate and purchase information at space ports,
       and should you survive: retire to provide the crew with permanent benefits.

       Extremely simple and quick to learn combat system gains depth from a variety of specialties, enemy types, and items.

       The world builds itself as you go, using the vast number of tables provided.

     Modes of Play

       The game can be played with and without GM, and with a group, or as solo controling a crew.

       All this is thanks to the tables provided, which allow for automatization of most of the game's content for experienced players,
       and serve as world generation tools for the GM.

       The game may be played with zero-prep, however, one should familiarize themselves with the rules before doing so.
