Wish upon a shootingstar

I challenged Pocket Quest 2023.
The theme is "SPACE".

In the pitch-black night sky, another star will flow.
Is a meteor a hope or a bad omen?
On the planet, everyone prays together, and the sky is filled with various wishes and melts away.
Various items float in the jet-black universe.
There are various objects floating around, such as spaceship parts and very small metal rings.
Maybe it's an epidemic-infested container that the space station has agonized over and dumped.
Maybe it's someone's treasured possession.

"Wishes filled with space" dwelled in "garbage floating in space" and a new life was born.
That is "DweibsRhis".
And DweibsRhis is your PC, living with you in this world.
DweibsRhis is said to have the same appearance as the one who was praying.
DweibsRhis are animal-like in appearance, supporting themselves on their hind legs only and using their front legs to manipulate tools with dexterity.
Even if they meet other sentient beings, they will not feel uncomfortable with the appearance of DweibsRhis.
Because other intelligent life forms have a similar appearance.
DweibsRhis will be able to communicate fluently with these creatures, barring some exceptional cause.

The "wish" that caused the peculiar phenomenon did not become DweibsRhis just because of that thought.
Because there was a peculiar "garbage floating in the universe" along with "wish", the two fused and became a new existence, DweibsRhis.

DweibsRhis has an alarming quality.
DweibsRhis has "NG words" because of the wishes that dwell in DweibsRhis.
DweibsRhis also has "bad behavior" due to wished items.
DweibsRhis will run out of control if it conflicts with NG words or NG actions.
DweibsRhis shouldn't want to go out of control unintentionally...
