You have purchased a franchise from the sprawling corporate behemoth Dharma Hold. Your clients hire you to save them from the consequences of their own actions. When the svirfen miners plunge their citadels into monster-filled caverns, when a mad scientist plays god and loses, when a religious entrepeneur unleashes more than they bargained for, you get a call in the night. The work is hard, the clients rude, the job dangerous, and the pay is great. Do your part for society. Save lives and research. Stop the spread of ecological disaster. Get paid!

Just remember to keep your eyes open and your own insurance up to date. After all, you can only get by on luck for so long. Afterward, you'll need Dharma Hold.
