Legends of MythCraft - Prebuilt Character Guide

★★★★ Great content for a great new (at time of posting) game! The Legends book introduces ten iconic characters and shows the choices made to get them from first to fifth level, then provides abbreviated build information to take them all the way to level 30. I love this feature of the book, because it helps new players understand how characters are built. But it kind of makes it hard to use at game time, so be sure to download the character sheets using the QR code on page 3 (or, better yet, buy the MythCraft Starter Kit, which has them bundled in). As a player, you would only need this book to play the characters up through level 5. After that, you’ll need the Core Rulebook (CRB). I am leaving this comment as a discussion rather than a review because I own the physical version thanks to the Kickstarter campaign and have not purchased the digital version from DTRPG.
