Multiclasser's Manual, Volume 1 (A5E)

ADD TO WISHLIST >

The Multiclasser's Manual is just what it sounds like; a collection of resources for building compelling multiclass character in Level Up: Advanced 5e. However it also isn't just that. In this volume you will find:

  • 13 archetypes, including 4 brand-new ones
  • Synergy feat chains for 27 two-class combinations (24 of which are brand-new) and one for a three-classcombination.
    • Cleric/Fighter
    • Cleric/Rogue
    • Cleric/Wizard
    • Fighter/Rogue
    • Fighter/Wizard
    • Rogue/Wizard
    • Adept/Cleric
    • Adept/Sorcerer
    • Artificer/Druid
    • Bard/Ranger
    • Bard/Warlock
    • Berserker/Ranger
    • Cleric/Herald
    • Cleric/Marshal
    • Druid/Warlock
    • Elementalist/Sorcerer
    • Esper/Warlock
    • Fighter/Herald
    • Herald/Wielder
    • Marshal/Ranger
    • Marshal/Rogue
    • Ranger/Rogue
    • Ranger/Witch
    • Ranger/Wizard
    • Savant/Scholar
    • Sorcerer/Wizard
    • Warlock/Wielder
    • Cleric/Fighter/Herald
  • 17 "profession feats" allowing some "soft multiclassing" by learning a couple of "knacks" from the associated class.
  • 4 combat traditions
  • 18 spells
  • 1 magic item

This releases covers all 13 classes in the A5E core rules, along with the artificer, savant, esper, elementalist, wielder, scholar, and witch classes from supplemental material and the third-party community.

Whether you're building a multiclass character covered by one of the combinations or a single-classed character that wants to swipe a few features from another class, this has you covered!

Under Marshal/Ranger Concepts - Huntmaster (page 80), Beastmaster is listed as a Marshal Archtype instead of a Ranger Archetype.

Hi Kevin,

I appreciate you letting me know when you find errors, but I'm getting multiple instances of each message on my end and I also have to click through several different screens to get to them.

If you're on Discord, I'm in the Foundry A5E server, the official EN publishing Discord server, and the Level Up: Advanced 5e Unofficial server. I'm also over on the EN World forums. Any of those will be a quicker way to get these kinds of typo messages through to me, and they'll also be easier for me to respond to. The new DTRPG website tends to sign me out and lose the message when I try to post these replies, which is something I've no doubt they'll get fixed eventually, but is kinda frustrating to deal with now.

If none of those are workable for whatever reason, that's fine, and I appreciate the heads up on errors that slipped through. Just thought I'd float it out there in case you're on Discord or the EN World forums (or might be interested in being there).

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
