Can this be used with 5e?

For sure! With just a bit of tweaking. Some of it it system-neutral, but for others you'll have to convert enemy/NPC stats. You'll probably wanna buff the stats because 5e numbers are bigger. These are written for games like Shadowdark, Old-School Essentials, and so on, but the adventures are mostly low-level and honestly it's pretty easy to convert low-level adventures in my opinion. At level 2-3, the PCs are pretty weak in both rulesets haha

For instance, one of my contributions features goblins so you'd probably wanna replace my goblin stats with the 5e version, and so on.
