5120 AD: Overlords of Solaria is not a full RPG. It is a sourcebook for playing White Star in a setting inspired by a Roleplaying Game from the early 90s —an RPG about the adventures of a man transported into the future world of the 25th century.
This is not a standalone product. The White Star RPG (any edition) is required to use this product.

In this sourcebook you will find setting information inspired by, but distinct from, that original game along with guidelines for creating White Star characters that emulate those from the original game.

What is “Overlords of Dimension-25”?
5120 AD: Overlords of Solaria is based on Overlords of Dimension-25, a “retro-clone” of the earlier RPG mentioned above. That earlier game was based on the second edition of the world’s most popular RPG.

Overlords of Dimension-25 told the story of an entire town transported to an alternate universe, as opposed to a single man trapped in the future. However, it hewed closely to the rules of the original game, which were derived from the second edition of the world’s most popular RPG.

5120 AD: Overlords of Solaria is an adaptation of the setting used in Overlords of Dimension-25 to the White Star rules with some alterations to the details of the premise­—changing the incident from universe hopping to time travel. Nothing else is changed.
