Warning for screen reading software: While I have endeavoured to keep this accessible, I had some issues with a screen reader and certain equations and footnotes. This only impacts the theory sections as the rules try to simplify things into more common language. Still, if your setup struggles with maths this is worth considerering if you are interested in those parts of this work.
