Junk Kings - A Solo Journal RPG

Welcome, y’all, to the wild, rusty edges of the galaxy, where there’s two things in abundance: scrap metal and bad decisions! In Junk Kings, you play a savvy (or desperate) solo salvager just tryin' to make a livin’ among the stars, pickin' through derelict ships and tryin' not to get blasted by space pirates, melted by radiation, or worse... ripped off by space traders with "good deals."

Armed with a six-sided die, a deck of cards, and that pencil you found under the seat last week, you’ll scavenge for parts, haggle like a pro, and slap together whatever half-busted tech you can find. Got yourself a rusty plasma coil? With a little love (and a whole lotta duct tape), you can turn it into somethin’ shiny and valuable. Just watch out for them space gremlins. (Seriously. They got teeth. Big ones.)

Each roll of the dice and flip of the card brings a new chance to up your loot or meet a character even sketchier than yourself. Level up your Engineering skills to refurbish faster, hone your Negotiation skills to charm the pants off a space trader, and boost your Scavenging skills to dig up the best loot this side of the galaxy. Or maybe it’s just a lotta scrap? Either way, you’re fixin’ to make a name for yourself.
