In 2023, veteran tabletop creator, developer, and editor Owen K.C. Stephens discovered he had cancer… and that most likely he’d had it for 8 years at that point. He underwent extensive, and expensive, treatment for more than 18 months, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and physical therapy.
