Excellent as always for a Blackoath Game. I recommend!

I own (and love) almost all the blackoath titles at this point, but this is the one that stuck with me the most. The setting is really inspiring, and the rules feel just right for me personally. The ruin exploration system is just really fun and the way it makes you interact with it lets you discover lore in a "show, don't tell" way, and it's been really interesting going through it solo. All the systems, from the combat to the hex-sploration, albeit square, feel so satisfying and I can't wait for more content to be released for this game. The voidspire territiories is absolutely phenomenal as well, even if I've only been there once so far.

Great addition to the machine gods setting, adds a whole new region and gameplay mechanics with also a lot of roleplay value.

One of the best blackoath games right after ker nethalas. Rules light but specific enough to not leave too many questions unanswered. The setting is very evocative and immersive and the solo rules and oracles are the best i've seen in the market I even use them on other game systems.

I love this game I got it right as the POD came out and it is a hell of alot of fun, easy to run be it solo, low player count or a normal 3-5 players. You can use any OSR type adventures as well if you wish with it or add creatures and mosnters from any system you might have. Even without that the content in here is top notch! I got into more detail in a video I posted on YouTube its over 40 mins long and I cover everything another banger by Alex.

This is exactly what I was looking for! An mmo feel, but on paper! Love the quest board mechanics!

Really love this game. Finding solo games with solid mechanics is hard. Lots of solo journaling games, but game like this? Hard to find. I got the the game loop down. Hours slip by without me realizing it as I explore the necropolis!

An essential supplement to ker nethalas, adds depth to all builds and 2 additional masteries really worth it!!

It adds great depth to character progression, offering almost infinite build possibilities with the new abilities and the need to choose one of two at each tier. An amazing add-on to the best dungeon crawler!

There are lots of new rules to make critical rolls more exciting:
Critical scavenger successes turn into Containers
Critical combat encounter rolls become unique encounters
Critical success/fumble rules added for all skill checks
I love more excitement when rolling dice! Half the zine is a giant endgame dungeon with a big baddie at the end. I haven't run that yet, but the new rules alone were worth it to me.

Fun new rules to make things harder as a commoner who starts with no masteries or more varied with the flaw/merit system and multiple types of weapon attacks. Half this zine is two unique static domains to run. One is an alternative starter domain, and the other you just add whenever I think. Nothing necessary to enjoy the game, but I enjoy the new rules.

Best tactical combat ever. Crunchy but extremely fun. If youre looking for a tactical combat arena or a boss battler this is the game.

A great dungeon crawl/survival experience with the perfect amount of crunch. Highly recommend.

Amazingly fun, even though I don't usually care for such a grim aesthetic. It's a treat to have such a well made single player rpg that gets regular updates. The dev is also super responsive to questions on reddit or discord. I think it's great game, and recommend it to other newcomers to the single player rpg genre.

As has been mentioned, if you like tactical skirmish games, this is for you. If you don’t like crafting, it takes about the same amount of time to make a super gladiator as it does to make a high level character in RPG systems. The crafting system is well done though and interesting. It lost a star because it is way too long. 10 elites you have to kill 36 times? Not each, 36 elite matches total, but still Talk about grinding….
